The ideal candidate has a minimum of one year NICU nursing experience and current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications, with strong skills in critical neonatal care and working in a high-acuity unit.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM one year of NICU nursing experience.
• BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications are required.
• Experience in level III/IV NICU units is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for neonates in a high-acuity NICU.
• Perform PIV insertion, lab draws, feeding tube insertion, and central line care.
• Collaborate with RRTs for airway management and surfactant administration.
