Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a NICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in San Leandro, CA. You will provide specialized care to critically ill newborns in the NICU, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure adherence to hospital standards.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a NICU RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill and premature newborns.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per NICU protocols.
• Perform neonatal assessments including vital signs and screenings.
• Operate NICU equipment and ensure functionality.
• Educate and support parents on neonatal care.
