Anders Group, LLC is seeking a Travel NICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Charlottesville, VA. Join our healthcare team to provide specialized NICU care during a 3x12 night shift and gain valuable clinical experience in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds a VA RN license (or Compact license eligible), has NICU experience, and is capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of NICU experience preferred
• Current VA RN license or Compact RN license if eligible
• BLS certification through AHA required
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments
• Travel nursing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the NICU unit
• Create and update individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
