Aya Healthcare, Inc. is hiring a NICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Mesa, AZ. Start date: 10/05/2026. Requires 1 year of NICU experience and AZ or Compact RN licensure (quick license process). Charting system Cerner.

Shifts are Nights, 12-hour blocks 19:00–07:30, with a 3,12-Hour schedule. Openings: 1. Facility: Acute Care Hospital (Level 1 Trauma) with 629 beds. Benefits start day one and include housing support and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of NICU experience or relevant neonatal care.
• RN license in AZ or Compact License required; quick licensure process available.

Responsibilities

• Provide NICU patient care and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team for patient outcomes.
• Document care and chart in Cerner system per policy.
