Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a NICU Registered Nurse in Charlottesville, VA. This 13-week assignment requires Day shifts (3, 12-Hour shifts 07:00–19:00) with 2 openings starting 10/12/2026. Epic charting is used in a Level 1 Acute Care Hospital with 618 beds.

Pay is $2009–$2239 weekly. Benefits include premium medical, dental, vision and life insurance from day one, a generous 401(k) match, housing assistance or stipend, and paid sick time.

Qualifications

• 2 years of RN experience in NICU preferred.
• VA license or compact license required or quick licensure process.
• Travel experience is required.
