American Traveler seeks a NICU Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift at a children's hospital in Charlottesville, VA. This travel assignment requires Level 4 NICU experience and pediatric critical care skills.

Expect 4x12 hour nights, 48 hours per week, and a 52-week assignment with occasional floating within scope. RRT certification and VA state license are required, with potential for a temporary VA license before start.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year NICU and PICU experience with Level 4 NICU exposure.
• RRT, BLS, and NRP certifications required; PALS preferred.
• VA state license required; temporary license considered.
• Epic experience for SRO Float Pool and Inpatient Units.
• BSN preferred; neonatal/pediatric equipment familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide NICU and pediatric critical care respiratory care.
• Airway management, suctioning, intubation assist, ventilator management.
• Manage High Frequency Jet Ventilator and Oscillating Ventilator.
• Night shift: 4x12 hour shifts; 48 hrs/week; possible floating.
• Support neonatal transports and ARDS/BPD/RDS patient care.
