In this contract role, you’ll deliver advanced respiratory support to premature and critically ill newborns, managing ventilators, CPAP/HFNC, and emergency interventions in level III/IV NICUs. Use StaffDNA’s mobile-first platform to select assignments, track compliance, and manage schedules. Collaborate closely with neonatologists and nursing teams, ensure meticulous documentation, follow strict infection-control standards, and adapt quickly to new hospitals and clinical protocols while upholding exceptional patient and family-centered care.
