Job Summary
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in a healthcare facility setting. This contract offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic NICU environment, providing specialized care to newborns and infants. The role requires flexibility to float across multiple campuses and adherence to scheduling and orientation requirements.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, scheduled Wednesday through Sunday or Thursday through Monday.
• Required Qualifications: 2 years of NICU experience, WA RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), active WA license, experience with patient ratios of 1:2, references covering 1 year of employment in NICU within the last 3 years (including one supervisor reference), and ability to float to all 7 campuses including First Hill, Edmonds, and Issaquah.
• Preferred Qualifications: EPIC Charting Experience.
• Additional Information: Virtual orientation takes approximately 21 hours and occurs every other Monday; in-unit orientation will follow virtual modules, scheduled based on RN availability. Candidates must submit their past employment dates, especially if returning to a specific facility after a separation. Full compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required unless exempted with proper documentation.
