MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Neuro ICU RN for a travel assignment in New Haven, CT. The role offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts and a 13-week duration, starting 10/16/2026, with travel benefits and housing options.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS & ACLS, and at least 18 months of Neuro ICU experience, plus client-specific requirements. Employment type is travel nursing.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS certification required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Neuro ICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and education to patients and families.
• Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment (ventilators, feeding tubes).
• Monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration; detect distress.
• Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication administration.
