Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, Missouri. This travel position offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts and a contract/temporary status.

The Respiratory Therapist will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to develop and execute patient care plans. Requirements include proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist, current CPR/BCLS certification, and excellent communication with staff,

Qualifications

• Maintain current CPR or BCLS certification
• ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience

• Evaluating patient and recommends a treatment plan
• Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
• Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
• Performing timely and accurate documentation
• Promoting continuous quality improvement

We currently have a client in Springfield, MO looking for Traveling Respiratory Therapist (RRT)! Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Respiratory Therapist to help us provide quality patient care during this COVID 19 Crisis. As a member of the Respiratory Team, develop and ensure the patient plan of care in collaboration with physicians, registered nurses, and other therapists.

Contract Assignment – 13 Weeks (Temporary)

Shift: 3x12 Nights
