Job summary

The Woodford Agency in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Nanny/Household Manager to care for two children aged 6 and 20 months, with travel. The role combines hands-on childcare, early learning activities, and light household management in a home setting.

Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, supporting milestones, managing daily routines, and coordinating outings. Travel with the family domestically and internationally is required; a vehicle is available during work hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional nanny experience with toddlers and school-aged children.
• College degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
• Travel nanny experience and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Organized, proactive, engaging and able to balance childcare with light household tasks.
• Flexibility to travel with the family and valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid certification and excellent references.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for both children.
• Support early childhood learning, potty training and school readiness through play-based activities.
• Assist in coordinating outings, enrichment classes, playgroups and swimming lessons.
• Prepare simple meals and snacks and maintain daily routines for the children.
• Manage children’s laundry, wardrobes, play areas and supplies.
• Assist with family errands, scheduling and light household organization.
• Travel with the family domestically and internationally, maintaining flexibility as needs require.
