Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel CT Technologist for a teaching hospital assignment in Charleston, South Carolina. The multimodality role covers CT and X-ray imaging with a 36-hour week on a 13-week travel contract. Night shifts are 3x12 hours, with every other weekend required.

The candidate should have 2+ years' experience, ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) registrations, BLS/ACLS, SCRQSA cert, SC license if applicable, and Epic EMR proficiency. Travel experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT/X-ray experience.
• Dual ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) registration required.
• BLS and ACLS required (ACLS may be accepted after 2–3 weeks).
• SCRQSA certification required.
• South Carolina license if applicable.
• Experience with Epic EMR.
• Travel experience required.
• Preferred trauma/ED, pediatric and orthopedic imaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform multimodality CT and X-ray imaging as assigned.
• Night shift, 3x12 hours, with every other weekend.
• Maintain 1:1 patient care; no on-call requirement.
• Possible unit-to-unit float within scope; operate Siemens systems and PACS.
• Document in Epic EMR and ensure quality imaging standards.
