A hospital in Arizona is looking for an experienced MS/Tele nurse for a travel assignment. The right candidate will have a full 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license (or compact). This position could float to sister facility in Mesa & is required to work weekends in rotation with core staff. COVID vaccine is required or declination form with appropriate documentation and hospital approval. Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start, with 2 max attempts. A pass/fail Sim Lab is also required on Day 1 of orientation (study guides provided with first day instructions).
