Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in San Antonio, TX. The position requires 2+ years of hospital experience with critical care and ARRT (MR) or MRIT certification.

The role features 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and a weekend-night schedule with a 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift. Housing stipends and comprehensive benefits are often included in travel assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience with critical care required.
• ARRT (MR) or MRIT certification required.
• Overnight experience preferred.
• Experience with pacemakers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs inpatient and ER MRI exams, including brain, spine and general MRI studies.
• Operates Siemens Sola MRI system.
• Charts in Meditech EMR.
• Works night shifts on a 12-hour, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM schedule.
