Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a night-shift assignment in Chesapeake, Virginia. The role requires 2+ years of MRI experience, ARRT(R) and BLS, and VA or compact licensure where applicable.

Requires proficiency with GE scanners and PACS, and the ability to work 3x12 hour nights. Openings include 1 position for a 13-week assignment beginning 11/09/2026, with 36 hours per week in adult acute care/outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience.
• ARRT (R) and BLS certification required.
• VA or compact license required at time of consideration, if applicable.
• GE scanner experience required.

Responsibilities

• Imaging of abdomen, pelvis, chest, breast, head and neck, brain and spine.
• Performs diffusion, gradient echo imaging, perfusion, and multiplanar reconstruction.
• Night shift 12-hour rotations; 3x12 hours; on-call rotating duties.
