Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist for a travel assignment in Minneapolis, MN. This 13-week position requires 40 hours per week with evenings shifts, and offers a travel staffing opportunity.

As an MRI Tech, you will operate MRI equipment, ensure high-quality images, prepare patients, and collaborate with radiologists. Must have ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification and BLS, with 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience in MRI
• BLS certification required
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
• Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedure
• Interpret doctors' instructions and position patients for MRI scans
• Assist radiologist during procedures and operate power injectors for contrast
• Maintain accurate patient records and use PACS system
