Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is accepting applications for an experienced MRI Technologist to accurately interpret scanned instructions, prepare patients, and operate MRI scanners to generate diagnostic images. The role requires ARRT certification, MRI advanced level certification with state licensure, and at least 2 years of MRI experience.

BLS, and ARRT MRI credentials are required, with GE or Philips scanner experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification in radiologic technology.
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an MRI technologist.
• BLS certification required.
• ARRT in MRI.
• Experience with GE or Philips scanners.
• Travel experience of a 13-week assignment is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret physician instructions for MRI procedures.
• Prepare and position patients for MRI scans.
• Operate MRI scanners to acquire diagnostic images.
• May float to other areas based on needs and competency.
• May work major holidays or take additional shifts as needed.
