Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced MRI Tech to interpret physician instructions, position patients, and operate MRI scanners to obtain diagnostic images. The role requires ARRT certification, MR registry certification, and PA Act compliance, with opportunities for evening or overnight shifts and travel assignments.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification current.
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure.
• 2 years' experience as an MRI Tech.
• BLS certification.
• Graduate of ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology, or completion of an accredited CNMT, ARMRIT or ARDMS program with MR registry.
• PA Act 31, 33, 34, 73.
• 8- or 10-hour shifts possible.
• Evening or overnight shifts could be available.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician scanning instructions and prepare patients for MRI procedures.
• Operate MRI scanners to create high-quality diagnostic images.
• Position patients to optimize image quality and safety.
