Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist for a travel assignment in Weston, FL. The role requires one year of MRI experience, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification, and BLS. You will prepare patients, perform MRI imaging, and ensure high-quality data for physicians.

The position offers 8-hour evening shifts, 40 hours per week for 13 weeks with a tax-free stipend; state licensing as required is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of MRI experience required.
• BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with registration in MRI; state licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain imaging procedures.
• Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedures.
• Position patients for MRI scans with proper immobilization and safety equipment.
• Assist radiologist during procedures.
• Start IVs and administer contrast per protocol.
• Evaluate MRI images for quality and organize images.
