Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Dallas, TX. This role involves operating MRI scanners, administering contrast as needed, and working with a clinical team to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Radiology program with MRI specialization.
• One year of experience as an MRI Tech.
• Valid Radiology/MRI license per state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilités

• Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications.
• Educate patients on MRI procedures and address questions.
• Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot MRI equipment and report malfunctions.
• Start IVs and administer contrast media per orders.
• Monitor image quality and adjust scanning parameters.
• Document all procedure details per hospital policies.
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure timely results.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Follow infection control and radiation safety protocols.
• Perform other duties within the MRI Technologist scope.
