Jackson HealthPros is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Salem, Massachusetts. The role focuses on accurately interpreting scanning instructions, positioning patients, and operating MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images.

You will join a team on rotating overnight shifts, covering two MRI sites, with a comprehensive benefits package and travel support designed for travelers seeking stability and growth in a nationwide staffing network.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required and current.
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years’ MRI experience.
• BLS and CPR certifications required.
• Siemens MRI experience and ARMRIT accepted.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.
• Prepare and position patients and interpret scanning instructions.
• Assist with physician orders and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Cover rotating shifts across two MRI sites.

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure
• 2 years' experience as an MRI Tech
• BLS certification
• Siemens scanner experience
• Phlebotomy skills
• EPIC experience
• CPR certification
• ARMRIT also accepted

Assignment Details

• Schedule includes Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:30pm-7:00am, and Saturday from 6:30pm-7:00am.
• Floating required.
• Rotating shifts required.
• Rotating holiday coverage required.
• Coverage includes rotating between two MRI sites.
