Job Summary

MRI Technologist, MRI Specialty. This position performs magnetic resonance imaging procedures during a night schedule and supports patient care through safe, accurate imaging practices. The role requires relevant certifications, an active license, magnetic resonance imaging experience, and the ability to support call coverage and onsite float needs.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week; regular schedule is four days per week from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) magnetic resonance certification or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) certification; license in hand at submission; three years of magnetic resonance imaging experience; prior travel technologist experience; Siemens magnetic resonance imaging experience; electronic medical record experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  • Call coverage is based on departmental needs.
  • Current call coverage includes every third weekend for 12-hour shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Weekday call coverage may include one to two days per week.
  • Holiday call coverage may be required during the assignment.
  • Duties may include floating onsite within the technologist's skill set.
