Job Overview

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Eureka, California. The position starts on 13 July 2026 and requires a valid California license. The role offers 36 hours per week over 12‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

The Technologist will perform advanced MRI procedures on patients ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. The candidate must bring a valid state license on the first day and work 12‑hour shifts throughout the assignment.

Requirements

• Valid California state license.
• ARRMRT or ARRT (RB) certification.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of charge experience.
• Experience with the Epic electronic health record system.
• Willingness to work two of the three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).
• Ability to complete non‑billable modules averaging 16 hours.
• Flexibility to float between sister facilities near the contracted site.
• Travel compliance documentation (SSN, DOB, RTO) submitted at application.
• References covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trauma Level II experience.
• Charting experience with Epic.
• Previous experience performing general MRI exams with GE or Toshiba equipment.
