TotalMed Allied is actively seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Columbia, SC. The role requires 1 year of MRI experience, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with registry, BLS, and state licensure where required.

The position entails night shifts on a 12-hour schedule, with 36 hours per week and travel employment. Responsibilities include patient preparation, MRI operation, contrast administration, image quality assessment, and collaboration with radiology staff.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in MRI technology.
• BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT MRI certification with registry.
• State licensing as required where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Confirm patient identification and explain imaging procedures to patients.
• Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedures.
• Position patients for MRI scans and ensure safety of patient and staff.
• Assist radiologist with MRI procedures.
• Load and operate contrast media injectors.
• Evaluate MRI scans for quality and proper labeling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use PACS systems.
