Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Wichita, KS. The role requires 1 year of MRI experience, BLS, and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification, with licensing as required.

Shift is 8 hours in the evenings, 40 hours per week, and includes travel responsibilities. You will operate MRI equipment, ensure image quality, and assist radiologists while maintaining patient safety and records.

Qualifications

• 1 year of MRI experience required.
• Must have BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT with MR registration.
• State licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and explain imaging procedures.
• Screen patients for MRI safety before procedures.
• Position patients for MRI scans and ensure safety.
• Assist radiologist during procedures.
• Load and operate contrast media per protocol.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use PACS.
