Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Roswell, NM. The role requires 2+ years of MRI experience, a state license, and BLS, with a 12-hour shift schedule and a travel-friendly environment.

You will operate MRI equipment, ensure patient safety, and maintain quality image production while supporting a friendly, professional team. Travel assignments and licensing reimbursement may be available.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of continuous MRI experience.
• Must hold a valid state MRI license.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and patient safety focus.
• Familiarity with MRI protocols and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to acquire diagnostic images per protocol.
• Follow safety guidelines and monitor patient safety throughout procedures.
• Explain MRI procedures and address patient concerns with tact and professionalism.
• Orient new hires and trainees as needed.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and adhering to radiology department standards.
