Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Newberg, Oregon. The role requires ARRT MR certification, at least 1 year of MRI experience, and BLS. You'll work 3x12 hour shifts with a 36-hour work week in a Level IV Trauma Center, with no on-call requirements.

Experience with diffusion imaging and post-processing is preferred. Travel requirements include working weekends and potential roaming between sister facilities within the state.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI Technologist experience required.
• ARRT MR certification required (ARRT R also acceptable), BLS required.
• Compact license must be in hand at time of submission, if applicable.
• Epic charting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Imaging of abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, brain, chest, spine, and musculoskeletal regions.
• Performs contrast media administration and starts peripheral IVs.
• Operate GE/Philips MRI systems and PACS.
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratio in Level IV Trauma Center setting.
