Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Grand Rapids, MI. The role requires 1 year of MRI experience, BLS, and MR certification. Duties include patient prep, safety screening, image acquisition, and contrast administration.

Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with 36 hours per week and a tax-free stipend to be determined. The position supports travel clinicians across facilities in Michigan.

Qualifications

• 1 year of MRI experience required.
• BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with current registration.
• State licensing as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identification and review imaging requests.
• Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedures.
• Position patients and ensure comfort and safety during scans.
• Assist radiologists and interpret orders per physician instructions.
• Load and operate contrast injectors and manage documentation.
