Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Midland, Michigan. This assignment runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, evenings shift, and travel employment status.

Qualifications

• Two year approved School of Radiologic Technology required.
• Eighteen months of MRI experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• ARRT registry is required or preferred as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners, ensuring patient and staff safety within a strong magnetic field.
• Position patients and coils on a table that slides inside the MRI scanner.
• Inject contrast media as required during imaging.
• Set technical parameters, monitor image data, and ensure quality images for diagnosis.
• Recognize abnormal findings and respond to life-threatening situations as needed.
