TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Dothan, Alabama. The role requires at least 1 year of MRI experience, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification, BLS, and state licensing where required.

Duties include patient prep, safety screening, image acquisition, and coordination with radiology staff. The position offers 40 hours per week with evenings shifts, and benefits typical of travel assignments.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year MRI experience.
• Must have BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with registration in MRI.
• State licensing as required.

Responsabilidades

• Confirm patient identification and explain imaging procedures to patients.
• Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedure.
• Interpret doctors' instructions accurately for MRI exams.
• Position patients for MRI scans with appropriate immobilization.
• Assist radiologist during MRI procedures.
• Load and operate contrast media injectors as directed.
• Evaluate MRI images for quality and proper labeling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use PACS systems.
