Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a Wichita, Kansas assignment. The role is contract/temporary, 13 weeks, with evenings shifts, and a 40-hour workweek in a travel setting.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of continuous MRI experience
• Licensed MRI Technologist in state (Kansas)
• BLS certification required
• Must be proficient in MRI protocols and patient safety
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images
• Follow radiology protocols under supervision of Radiology Director
• Explain procedures to patients and answer questions
• Ensure safety protocols for patients and staff
• Mentor new MRI technologists and trainees
