HealthTrust Workforce Solutions partners with CHS to offer travel nurse assignments at a community hospital network in Alabama. This role supports Flowers Hospital in Dothan under 8, 10, or 13 week contracts, delivering essential patient care and coordinating services.

You will work with care teams to monitor patients, provide education, and advocate for patients’ well-being while enjoying benefits such as guaranteed hours, housing options, and referral incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year acute care experience in a hospital.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Responsabilités

• Assist Healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care including transfers, discharge, referrals, and psychosocial support.
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and family and provide appropriate education.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
