Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Centralia, WA. The role requires 1 year of MRI experience and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification, with state licensing as needed.

The MRI Tech will perform imaging, ensure patient safety, prepare scans for physicians, and support the radiology team on a 12-hour night shift. This travel position offers a 13-week duration, 36 hours per week, and travel benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of MRI experience.
• BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with registration in MRI.
• State-specific licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain procedures.
• Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedures.
• Position patients for MRI scans and ensure safety.
• Assist radiologist during procedures and handle contrast media as directed.
• Load and operate equipment for MRI imaging and ensure image quality.
