Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a MICU Registered Nurse in Battle Creek, MI. The assignment is 13 weeks with a Nights shift and a 3,12-hour schedule (19:00-07:30). Start date is 10/19/2026. Openings: 1. Epic charting system at the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICU RN roles with critical care procedures.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required.
• 1 year of ICU experience preferred.

  • Skills: Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Continuous IV sedation, CVVHD/CRRT, Emergency Medications, GI surgery, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Medical Intensive Care Unit, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, PICC line management, Pulmonary edema, Pulmonary embolism, Respiratory failure, BiPAP/CPAP management, CVA/Acute Stroke management, Infection Prevention, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Titrate Cardiac drips, Starting and maintaining IVs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Titrate Vasoactive drips, Ventilator Management
