This role requires managing high-acuity medical patients with a focus on independence and critical care skills. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 1.5 years ICU experience and hold an active Indiana RN license. The position involves 3×12-hour shifts per week, with a team-focused environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years ICU experience required, 2 years preferred.
• Must have an active Indiana RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Care for both ICU and PCU patients, more emphasis on PCU.
• Function independently as an ICU nurse.
