MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN MICU for a travel assignment in Everett, Washington. This MICU RN will work 12-hour days, 36 hours per week, for 13 weeks, with competitive pay, and housing options provided.

Requirements include an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS and ACLS, and at least 18 months of recent MICU acute care experience. Start date: 10/12/2026; other client-specific requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Meticulous documentation of medication administration
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures for rapid patient changes
• Perform CPR accurately and effectively

Duties Responsibilities

MICU Nurse (RN) possesses the skills needed to manage the care of adult patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high intensity therapies, and interventions.

• Provide patient care as well as education and support to the patient's family.
• Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
• Observe the patient's heart rate, blood pressure and respiration for signs of distress.
• Administer medication, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
• Meticulous documentation of medication administration.
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures necessary for prompt control of changes in patient’s physical condition.
• Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation accurately and effectively.
