Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist (US Tech) for a 13-week assignment in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role requires performing Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography tasks and providing patient education within a fast-paced travel setting.

The candidate should have 1 year of ultrasound experience, BLS, and ARDMS RDMS FE/OB-GYN certifications, with state licensing as required. Weekly pay and benefits support the travel schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound experience.
• BLS certification required and ARDMS RDMS FE.
• RDMS OB/GYN certification preferred and state licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and/or family regarding procedures.
• Operate sonographic equipment to identify areas of concern.
• Prepare exam room and assist Radiologists with ultrasound procedures and biopsies.
• Report abnormalities needing immediate attention to medical staff.
• Maintain and troubleshoot sonography equipment; report failures.
