Acosta Group is hiring a Merchandiser Travel Retail Service to execute planograms and support reset/remodel initiatives across stores. The role requires self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong teamwork to represent Acosta with clients and customers.

Candidates should have a HS diploma, 1+ year planogram experience, and willingness to travel up to 100% with potential overnight stays. Compensation includes standard benefits and a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• At least 1 year experience reading and using planograms; retail and reset experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to build relationships with partners.
• Comfortable using technology (smartphones, computers, handheld devices).
• Willing and able to travel 75–100% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow a plan-o-gram to complete reset and remodel work.
• Move and clean shelves, install racks, display merchandise, attach tags and check planogram integrity.
• Collaborate with store personnel and teammates to maintain merchandising excellence.
• Prepare, submit and manage documentation for reset/remodel work.
• Operate safely and follow all Acosta policies and SOPs.
