Job summary

McClatchy Company is seeking a Merchandiser Lead to service multiple stores in the Indianapolis area. This on-site role involves 32–40 hours weekly, with potential travel across accounts. Compensation starts at a competitive $18 per hour, with travel time paid.

The position reports to the Supervisor of Merchandising and requires 6 months to 1 year merchandising experience. Primary duties include merchandising, store service, and adherence to attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products in a retail environment and replenish stock safely and efficiently.
• Service assigned stores according to the schedule and obtain supervisor approval for overtime.
• Record work hours and related information using designated systems.
• Communicate duties with store personnel and supervisor before performing tasks.
