Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must be a generalist, able to work all areas of the lab, must understand how to use middleware and use iMobile messaging system for communication with nurses and phlebotomists.
• Must have: Desire to work with a team of scientists and phlebotomists. All shifts are staffed with a minimum of 3 phlebotomists and 3 scientists. Ability to communicate well with nurses and providers. Self-directed and capable of covering multiple departments for short periods of time.
• Procedures performed on unit: General Lab testing
• Certifications Required: ASCP or AMT certification and MT/MLS degree

Engaged administration team that works to get the lab equipment and supplies needed. Schedule is overnights 12-hour shifts, working with 2 other highly skilled scientists and 3 strong phlebotomists.
