Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Medical Lab Technologist for a 13-week contract at a hospital in Bullhead City, AZ. The position offers full-time hours with varied shifts and the chance to extend.

Candidates should have BLS and ASCP MT or AMT MLT certification; at least 1 year of hospital-based lab experience; strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory tests.
• Operate and maintain a variety of lab instruments and analyzers.
• Accurately document results and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff to support timely diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards in accordance with hospital policy.

Required Certifications:
