Job Summary

Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position is available in an unspecified location. This role involves providing critical patient care during day shifts, with scheduled hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, delivering essential medical-surgical and telemetry services.

Job Details

• Position Description: Night shift RN Telemedicine / Medical-Surgical, with experience preferred in step-down units but not required.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Valid RN license, at least 2 years of clinical experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry, with a minimum of 0 years of experience required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Requirements: Flu vaccination is mandatory with no exceptions.
• Other Position Notes: The role involves working with electronic medical records (EMR) using Meditech, and operating various equipment including pumps, Omnicell medication systems. The Med-Surg and Observation units have a staff-to-patient ratio of 1:6, while the Step Down unit has a ratio of 1:4.
• Additional Information:
  • The candidate must comply with a 100-mile radius rule, meaning residents within this radius are not eligible.
  • No more than three days off can be requested during the 13-week contract period, and shifts may be canceled up to three times during the assignment without guaranteed hours.
  • The candidate may be asked to participate in call rotations during periods of low census.
  • Start date is scheduled for October 26, 2026, with an end date of January 25, 2027.
