Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Fishersville, VA. The RN will work nights on a 26-week assignment, with a 3-shift, 12-hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:00. Start date is 10/19/2026. Experience required: 1 year, with Meditech charting and BLS certification.

Licensure must be VA or Compact; a quick licensure process is available. Facility is an Acute Care Hospital with 255 beds and patient ratios of 6 nights and 6 weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year in Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Licensure: VA or compact license; quick license process (2 weeks or less).
• Certifications: BLS.
• Facility type: Acute Care Hospital with 255 beds.

Responsibilities

• Provide Med/Surg RN care in a 26-week assignment.
• Night shift schedule: 3, 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.
• Charting in Meditech.
• Start date 10/19/2026.
• Coordinate with licensed staff to ensure patient safety and quality care.
