Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Lubbock, TX. The assignment is 13 weeks with a 3, 12-hour Days schedule, 07:00–19:00. Start date 10/05/2026; pay range is $1,609–$1,839 weekly via Epic charting.

Requirements include 1 year Med/Surg experience, TX or Compact license, and BLS/ACLS. Benefits and housing options are included as part of this staffing assignment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required in Med/Surg.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• TX license or compact license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Med/Surg nursing care to assigned patients.
• Monitor and document patient status, administer meds, and manage tubes/drains as needed.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
