Job summary

Pride Health seeks a Medical Laboratory Technician Traveler for our Healthcare Client in Erie, PA. This on-site role requires performing routine tests, operating automated systems, and documenting results under supervision.

The position offers varied shifts and a 13–26 week contract with extension potential. Education requirements include a BS/BA in Chemistry or Biology or an Associate in Laboratory Science/Medical Technology, with 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or Biology, or Associates degree in a Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lab tests under guidance of Medical Technologists and Laboratory Supervisor.
• Set up and monitor automated test procedures; perform manual procedures requiring judgment.
• Document test results, ensure accuracy and maintain records per SOPs.
• Follow CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines; maintain quality control records.
• Review and release results; report critical findings to customers or lab personnel.
