Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking professional and compassionate full-time Travel Medical Assistants to facilitate consults within nursing home facilities for our medical team. You will assist providers using a tablet device and coordinate care with facility staff.

Ideal candidates hold CMA Board Certification, thrive in fast-paced settings, and can travel on short notice while maintaining composure under pressure. Residency in NY and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA Board Certified )
• Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain composure when confronted by difficult situations and to respond appropriately
• Flexibility to travel on short notice
• Currently resides in the state of New York
• License to drive
• Prolonged standing/walking. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Frequent travel. Lifting/moving patients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the designated facility contact for each location
• Following a pre-established list from the office to ensure that all patients are seen and provided with appropriate care
• Performing additional duties as required to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring
• Traveling to various facilities across different states as needed to support operations
