Qualifications

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience is required.
• Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience is required.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required.
• Must be comfortable working independently in a travel-based field role.
• Ability to travel daily to patient homes in New Jersey.
• Willingness to travel throughout New Jersey and nearby states as coverage needs require.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes for scheduled preventive-care visits.
• Complete Annual Wellness Visits, Medicare wellness visits, and Well-Child Visits.
• Support patient intake, clinical information gathering, vitals, screenings, and visit documentation.
• Help patients feel comfortable and supported during unrushed home-based visits.
• Document visit details accurately using EMR tools.
• Work independently in the field while staying aligned with care-team expectations.
• Support seniors and families by bringing quality healthcare directly into the home.
