Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking professional and compassionate full-time Travel Medical Assistants to facilitate consults within nursing home facilities on behalf of our medical team.

You will assist providers in nursing homes with a tablet device and create a supportive environment through strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should be CMA Board Certified, able to travel on short notice, and reside in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA Board Certified)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain composure under pressure
• Flexibility to travel on short notice
• Currently resides in Massachusetts
• License to drive
• Must lift at least 20 pounds and stand/walk 6–8 hours

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the designated facility contact at each location
• Follow a pre-established list to ensure all patients are seen and receive appropriate care
• Perform additional duties to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring
• Travel to various facilities across different states as needed to support operations

Salary Per annum: $50,000 - Based on an average of 38 patients seen per day worked; eligibility for a bonus for each additional patient seen beyond this number

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the designated facility contact for each location
• Following a pre-established list from the office to ensure that all patients are seen and provided with appropriate care
• Performing additional duties as required to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring
• Traveling to various facilities across different states as needed to support operations

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA Board Certified )
• Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain composure when confronted by difficult situations and to respond appropriately
• Flexibility to travel on short notice
• Currently resides in the state of Massachusetts
• License to drive
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
