Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel RN for Med Surg/Telemetry to join our premier client in Oklahoma City, OK. The trusted traveler will cover 12-hour day shifts, support adult surgical and medical patients, and participate in credentialing and onboarding processes.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, a nursing degree, and BLS with 18 months of acute care Med-Surg experience. Travel compensation includes housing options, weekly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Eighteen months of recent Med-Surg/Acute Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments ordered by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.
