American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry assignment in Reno, NV. The position runs for 13 weeks with 36 hours per week and 12-hour night shifts. Requires NV RN license, EPIC documentation experience, and at least 2 years in Med/Surg.

Responsibilities include work on Medical and Nephrology S6 units, night shifts 18:45–07:15, and Kronos timekeeping. Local candidates are not accepted; travel reimbursements and day-one benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Current NV RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• EPIC charting experience preferred; training provided.
• Must reside outside 60-mile radius; local candidates not accepted.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Available to work at least 2 major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work on Medical and Nephrology S6 Unit in a hospital.
• Night shift from 18:45 to 07:15.
• Patient population includes medical-surgical and nephrology cases.
• EPIC EMR usage with orientation or test-out option.
• Assignment duration is 13 weeks.
• No on-call responsibilities; blocked scheduling not permitted.
• Submit all RTO at application; RTO cannot be added later.
• 13-week break required for returning travelers after contract end.
• Kronos timekeeping used.
